H.S. Truman Elementary School, Preschool Program
Ulrica was born in Amarillo, Texas and raised on Guam. She is married and has two daughters. She received her master's degree in General Education. She has been teaching on Guam for 14 years, 10 of which have been with the GATE Program. She finds early childhood education very rewarding, and especially enjoys working with preschool children.
