Wettengel Elementary
Therese Volsteadt was born in Taipei, Taiwan to a Filipino father and an Okinawan mother. She was raised in Okinawa until 1971 when the entire family immigrated to Guam. She completed her junior and high school years, undergraduate and graduate schooling on Guam. She is the wife of Kim L. Volsteadt and mother of two daughters, Rachel, 12, and Megan, 8. Her teaching experiences include Special Education Resource Room Teacher, Elementary classroom teacher of grades 2, 4, and 5 and GATE teacher.
