Cynthia Rowland

Cynthia Catherine Ray Rowland was born February 13, 1952, in Dubuque, Iowa. She attended George Washington Junior High School and graduated from Dubuque Senior High in 1970. She received her BA from the University of Dubuque in 1973. Her majors were German and Elementary Education, and has been the GATE teacher for D.L. Perez Elementary School for 4 years.
